Terms of Use
Momentum is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Please read that agreement carefully. It is the binding license between you and the application provider for the Licensed Application.
Agreement
By downloading or using Momentum, you agree to Apple’s Standard EULA linked above and to the additional notes on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Application provider
The application provider is BigGames. Support: marketing site support form.
What Momentum is
Momentum is a personal coaching tool for scheduling a local reminder window and logging garage-style workouts on your iPhone. It stores routine settings, daily status, session logs, loads, garage inventory, and related preferences on device. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Health & safety
Strength training and exercise involve risk of injury. Use equipment safely, train within your ability, stop if you feel sharp or unusual pain, and prioritize technique over completing prescribed reps. Momentum’s workout suggestions, weight hints, progression notes, and form demos are general fitness coaching aids — not individualized medical guidance.
If you have a medical condition, injury, disability, or other health concern, consult a qualified clinician or other appropriate professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You are responsible for how you use Momentum.
Momentum does not connect to Apple Health / HealthKit and does not measure biometric or clinical data through health sensors.
Optional third-party content
If you open Watch Demo, an embedded video may load from YouTube. Your use of that content is also subject to YouTube’s and Google’s terms and policies. See the Privacy Policy for how that optional network use works.
Privacy
Our practices are described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we do not operate a Momentum account backend that receives your workout history; data for core features stays on your device, with optional YouTube network use only when you open Watch Demo.
Apple’s role
Apple is not a party to the license between you and the application provider, except that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA. Maintenance and support obligations, to the extent applicable, are the responsibility of the application provider — not Apple — as stated in Apple’s EULA.
For Apple media services and related terms, see also Apple Media Services Terms.
Changes
We may update these notes when the product or contact details change. The Standard EULA remains available at Apple’s link above.
